Execution of the contract
The order you submit to Tea World Shop must be complete in every part and has to contain the information needed for your identification and that of the ordered merchandise, as well as the delivery address, else it will be invalid. Tea World Shop, then, will send you an order confirmation by email.
Availability and delivery
Tea World Shop engages to accept orders within the limits of availability of product stocks.
Tea World Shop may not be able to ensure the availability of all the items on sale and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for the temporary unavailability of one or more items. Anyway, should that be the case, Tea World Shop engages to inform you, in good time, of the unavailability of the ordered item.
Tea World Shop will carry out the delivery of the article or of the articles you have ordered at the conditions expressly stated in the section of this website named “Shipping Methods”.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from you receiving the goods, in compliance with the general laws of correctness and in good faith, upon notice, by email, to be sent to: info@teaworldshop.it.
In the notice you have to signal the article/s for which you intend to exercise your right to withdraw. According to the provisions of the law, Tea World Shop shall arrange, at its own expense and under its responsibility, in the ways and terms previously agreed with you, saving your waiver, to refund you of the amount of money you have paid or to replace the item with another one .
The email has to contain:
- The description of the article purchased.
- A copy of the original sale document that you have received.
- In case of a partial withdrawal, the code of the article/s.
- The information regarding the bank details on which the money transfer has to be effected (Cod. IBAN – Current Account of the buyer).
Return of damaged goods
In case of delivery of an article damaged during transport, you will not bear the consequences of this, since the goods travel at our own risk. In case of damage, though, you are invited to help us and improve the service by accepting the parcels conditionally.
Prices and methods of payment
The prices shown on the website www.teaworldshop.it are in euros and are inclusive of VAT. Shipping charges are not included.
The prices applied are those shown in the website at the moment you submit the order. The prices of the single articles are liable to changes and, therefore, the prices displayed on the site, each time, cancel and revoke those shown previously.
The price of the articles bought, as well as the delivery charge, will have to be paid when you submit the order. You will receive the sale documents from Tea World Shop sas upon delivery.
Warrants and responsibilities
Tea World Shop, within the limits of availability as above stated, guarantees that you will be delivered the same goods as those shown and described on the website. Tea World Shop also guarantees the respect of all the standards regarding the preservation of goods until delivery is effected at the address shown in the order. The images on the site are provided to help you recognize the articles; due to some slight changes in the packaging on the part of the producer, though, the photos might not reflect exactly the appearance of the delivered good.
