Any changes or new sales conditions will be promptly notified to the Customer, will be effective from the moment of publication on the site, and will apply only to sales concluded after such publication.

The submission of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the sales conditions in force at that time.

Conclusion of the contract

The order sent by the Customer to Tea World Shop must be completed in all its parts and must contain the necessary elements for the identification of the Customer and the ordered products, as well as the indication of the place of delivery, under penalty of nullity. Tea World Shop will send the Customer a confirmation of order receipt via email.

Availability and delivery

Tea World Shop undertakes to accept orders within the limits of available stock. Tea World Shop may not be able to guarantee the availability of all products offered and therefore cannot be held responsible for the temporary unavailability of one or more products. Tea World Shop undertakes to promptly inform the Customer of any unavailability of the ordered product.

Tea World Shop delivers the product or products ordered by the Customer under the conditions expressly indicated in the section of this site named "Shipping".

Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with fairness and good faith, upon prior notification via email to be sent to: info@teaworldshop.it.

In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or products for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. In accordance with the law, Tea World Shop will provide, at its own care and expense, and according to the methods and terms previously agreed with the Customer, unless the Customer waives the refund of the price paid or opts for a replacement with another product.

The email communication must contain:

• The indication of the purchased product.
• A copy of the original sales invoice that must be in your possession.
• In case of partial withdrawal, the item code(s).
• The bank details on which to receive the bank transfer (IBAN code - buyer's current account).

The only expenses that will be requested will be the shipping costs. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods in intact condition at the time of return.

Return of damaged goods

In the event of delivery of an item damaged during transport, the Customer does not bear the consequences, as all merchandise travels at our risk. In case of damage, however, we ask you to help us improve our service by accepting packages "subject to inspection".

Prices and payment methods

The prices indicated on the www.teaworldshop.it website are in Euros and include VAT. Transport costs are excluded.

The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of the order by the Customer. The prices of individual products are subject to change and, therefore, the prices indicated from time to time on the site cancel and replace those previously indicated.

The price of the purchased products, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer at the time of the online order. The tax documentation will be issued by Tea World Shop sas at the time of delivery.

Guarantees and liability

Tea World Shop, within the limits of availability as regulated above, guarantees that products equal to those indicated and described on the site will be delivered. Tea World Shop guarantees compliance with all regulations regarding the storage of products until the moment of delivery to the place indicated in the order. The images on the site are provided to the Customer to facilitate product recognition; due to packaging variations by the manufacturer, photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product.

Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints must be sent to the following email address: info@teaworldshop.it. Civil disputes concerning the application, execution, and interpretation of the distance sales contract are subject to Italian jurisdiction and the Court of Como will have exclusive jurisdiction.
