Shipping within Italy:
- order up to €49.99 = shipping cost of €5
- order over €50 = free shipping
Within Italy, delivery generally takes 1-3 business days, including the islands, from the time the express courier collects the package. Tea World reserves the right to cancel and fully refund the order in the event of shipping to remote areas.
Shipping to Europe & Switzerland:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland:
- order up to €99.99 = cost of €10
- order over €100 = free delivery
International delivery generally takes 3-7 business days from the time the express courier collects the package.
Minimum order: €20
N.B.: These timeframes are those indicated by our courier and therefore we cannot guarantee them, although experience teaches us that they are almost always met. Delays are possible during the summer months and during the holidays.
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
In the event that the courier is unable to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, they will leave a missed delivery notice with instructions on who to contact to arrange delivery or, alternatively, deliver the order to the nearest pickup point.
The customer is invited to contact info@teaworldshop.it in the event of a delivery delay and, in any case, to report any service issues detected.
