One of Taiwan's most delicate and fragrant Oolong teas: Bao Zhong (or Pouchong) from the historic Pinglin area of Wenshan District, near Taipei.

This organic Oolong is among the least oxidized (8–15% oxidation), almost bordering on green tea, but with the aromatic complexity typical of oolongs.

In the cup, it is clear, a bright light green-yellow, luminous and inviting.

Pure floral notes of jasmine, gardenia, lilac, orchid, and orange blossom, accompanied by fresh accents of ripe melon, cucumber, fresh pea, and a delicate herbaceous/vegetal sensation.

With zero bitterness and zero astringency, it's perfect for those seeking a luxurious, refreshing yet sophisticated everyday tea. Ideal for those who love green teas but desire greater aromatic depth. Excellent for those who appreciate floral teas without toasted or woody notes.

Organic Certification guarantees sustainable cultivation in the misty mountains of Pinglin, without pesticides.

Excellent even after multiple infusions.
